Million Dollar Facial
I wanna be a glow Queen!
So you’re ready for next level de-fuzz and gleaming goodness?
Million Dollar Facial is taking the country by storm, and you saw it here first!
First you are dermaplaned, removing the layers of vellus hair and dead skin.
Next up is a microneedling treatment. Just a lil’ bit stingy, but no pain no gain hey? Microneedling works by creating an injury to the skin to allow deeper penetration of products – we needle in the Million Dollar Serum which is full of skin goodness. Creating an injury also forces your body to send blood, collagen and elastin for repair.
We’ll then apply a Hyluaronic Acid based mask and let you relax before giving a beautiful lymphatic drainage massage.
Recently we were covered in Plymouth Live on the Million Dollar Facial and it was safe to say they loved it! https://www.plymouthherald.co.uk/whats-on/whats-on-news/tried-plymouths-new-million-dollar-1859782
Removing the barrier of dead skin and vellus hair allows our high – performing mask to penetrate at a much deeper level giving amazing results.
Did you know skin absorption levels are raised by up to 80% after the Million Dollar Facial? Well every day is a school day, so go forth and use that serum in abundance when you get home.
How is this wizardry performed?
We will use a surgical blade and dermaplane your skin first, then using a dermaroller we will microneedle your skin. We will then apply a Hyluaronic Acid based mask and finish with a lymphatic drainage massage. Heaven!
Who is a candidate for a Million Dollar Facial?
This facial is beneficial for clients with rough, dry skin; superficial hyper pigmentation; mild acne scarring and those with fine lines and wrinkles. Removing the epidermal skin also allows products to penetrate more readily into the deeper layers.
Will I grow a beard?!
Vellus hair generally grows back at the same rate and texture as before the treatment, so the answer is no madame! We recommend that if you remove upper lip hair currently that you do so 48 hours prior to your treatment.
Woah! Blades?! Is it safe?! Does it hurt?!
This treatment is extremely safe when performed by an adequately trained therapist. There is no more risk to the skin than when a man shaves his face. There is also no downtime associated with this procedure, so you can relax and know that dead skin be gone! Microneedling is a slight sting, but is over really quickly!
